Frolaine Marie Elizz Ibanez is a Clinical Resource Nurse of NMC Provita International Medical Center. She is currently practicing in the Education Department of Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Units of the Abu Dhabi. Having a vast clinical background in Critical and Long-Term Nursing Care for more than 8 years, she upholds competence and excellence in the field of education. As a young girl, she aspired to become a teacher and a nurse that she is exuberantly blessed to have acquired both. Frolaine firmly believes that as a Nurse and an Educator, compassion is an integral component of nursing that serves as a motivation to achieve clinical expertise that results in a positive and successful patient outcomes.
