She successfully led a nurse-driven cost-reduction project that streamlined consumable usage, standardization, optimized stock management, and enhanced resource efficiency without compromising patient safety or surgical outcomes. Yvette has developed robust policies, training programs, and unit-based improvement strategies that have strengthened compliance with JCIA, DOH, and international perioperative standards.
